All AI systems operate under human oversight. We do not make decisions with legal, financial, or disciplinary consequences solely through automated means. We regularly monitor AI performance for fairness, accuracy, and security to ensure reliable and ethical operation.
5. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with Transport Inc. for technology infrastructure, hosting, and analytics; carriers and business partners involved in dispatch, compliance, or leasing; service providers such as background check vendors, payment processors, and IT and legal support; regulatory agencies (e.g., DOT, FMCSA, IRS) as required by law; and law enforcement or courts when legally compelled.
We do not sell your data and only share it to operate our services or comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Retention and Regulatory Requirements
High Roller retains certain records and personal information after your relationship with us ends, as required by federal, state, and industry regulations. This includes driver qualification, inspection, and safety records (FMCSA/DOT retention requirements), lease and payment documentation (IRS and accounting regulations), and communication and transactional logs for legal and operational continuity.
While your data remains in our systems for compliance purposes, it is restricted from active operational use and is stored securely with limited access. We retain information only for as long as legally necessary, after which it is archived or securely destroyed in accordance with our data retention schedule.

You may have rights to access and request a copy of your data, correct any inaccuracies, restrict or object to certain processing, request your data in a portable format, and exercise these rights without discrimination.
