Disclaimers & Footnotes
The following disclaimers and footnotes provide important legal information about High Roller Expediting's services, business structure, limitations of liability, and clarifications regarding our operations. Please read these carefully before engaging with our services or relying on information provided on this website.
1. Company Structure and Operations
Not a Motor Carrier: High Roller Expediting LLC is a fleet-management and equipment-leasing company, not a motor carrier. All transportation services referenced on this website are performed under the authority of third-party motor carriers. High Roller does not operate as a motor carrier and does not hold motor carrier authority.
Independent Contractor Relationship: High Roller leases equipment exclusively to independent contractor teams who operate under a motor carrier's authority. High Roller does not employ drivers, owner-operators, or transportation personnel. All individuals or teams leasing equipment from High Roller are independent contractors responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable regulations.
California Restriction: High Roller does not lease or offer equipment to residents or businesses located in the State of California.
2. Earnings and Performance Disclaimers
Illustrative Purposes Only: Any settlement statements, performance data, revenue figures, earnings examples, or financial projections shown on this website are provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. These examples do not represent actual or guaranteed results and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or typical outcomes.
Variable Earnings: Actual earnings will vary significantly based on numerous factors including but not limited to: individual performance, skill and experience, routes traveled, load availability, freight market conditions, fuel costs, maintenance expenses, tolls and permits, time on the road versus downtime, carrier payment schedules, equipment condition, seasonal fluctuations, economic conditions, regulatory changes, and personal business decisions.
Settlement Processing: Sample settlement statements displayed on this website are composites or examples created for demonstration purposes. They do not reflect the actual earnings of any specific contractor or team. Settlement amounts and timing depend entirely on funds received from third-party motor carriers and are subject to the carriers' payment schedules, billing cycles, and processing procedures.
No Control Over Carrier Payments: High Roller processes and disburses settlements based on payments received from carriers. We cannot guarantee or control the timing, amount, or frequency of carrier payments. Settlements may be delayed due to carrier processing times, billing disputes, documentation issues, or other factors outside of High Roller's control.
Past Performance: Historical performance data, if shown, reflects results from a specific time period under specific market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market conditions, freight rates, fuel costs, and operational expenses change constantly, and future results may differ materially from historical data.
3. Forward-Looking Statements
Nature of Forward-Looking Statements: This website may contain forward-looking statements regarding financial projections, business strategies, growth expectations, market conditions, or operational outcomes. Forward-looking statements may be identified by words such as 'believe,' 'expect,' 'anticipate,' 'estimate,' 'project,' 'plan,' 'potential,' 'forecast,' 'should,' 'could,' 'may,' 'will,' or similar expressions.
Risks and Uncertainties: Forward-looking statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to significant risks, uncertainties, and factors beyond High Roller's control, including: changes in freight demand and transportation market conditions, fluctuations in fuel prices and operating costs, carrier payment policies and financial stability, changes in federal, state, or local regulations, economic downturns or recessions, competition within the transportation industry, natural disasters and weather conditions, changes in technology or industry practices, and labor market conditions.
No Obligation to Update: Actual results, performance, or outcomes may differ materially from any forward-looking statements made on this website. High Roller undertakes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements to reflect changed assumptions, the occurrence of anticipated or unanticipated events, or changes in future operating results.
4. Independent Contractor Responsibilities
No Employment Relationship: High Roller does not employ drivers, teams, or owner-operators. All individuals or teams leasing equipment from High Roller are independent contractors responsible for their own business operations, decision-making, compliance with regulations, licensing and permits, insurance coverage, tax filing and payments, business expenses and accounting, and route and schedule decisions.
Operational Responsibilities: Independent contractors are solely responsible for: safe operation of leased equipment, compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, maintaining required medical certifications and endorsements, proper cargo handling and load securement, fuel purchases and fuel tax reporting (IFTA), weight compliance and permit requirements, and customer service and professional conduct.
Business Independence: High Roller does not control how, when, or where contractors operate. Contractors have the freedom to accept or reject loads, choose their routes, and manage their business as they see fit, subject to carrier requirements and applicable law.
5. No Guarantees of Loads or Income
Freight Availability: High Roller does not guarantee the availability of freight, loads, or income. Load availability depends entirely on third-party motor carriers and market conditions. Freight volumes fluctuate based on seasonal demand, economic conditions, and numerous other factors.
Income Variability: Contractors may experience periods of reduced freight availability, resulting in lower income or downtime. High Roller is not responsible for variations in load availability or income levels and makes no representations regarding minimum earnings or freight volume.
Market Fluctuations: The trucking industry is subject to significant market fluctuations including changes in freight rates, fuel costs, insurance premiums, and operational expenses that can materially impact contractor profitability.
6. Equipment Lease Terms
Subject to Approval: All equipment lease agreements are subject to credit approval and background verification, availability of equipment, current program terms and conditions (which may change), compliance with all lease agreement provisions, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Terms May Change: Lease terms, rates, and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Information on this website regarding lease programs is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final terms are established in written lease agreements.
Equipment Condition: While we maintain our equipment to high standards, we cannot guarantee that equipment will be free from defects or will operate without interruption. High Roller covers scheduled maintenance and repairs as outlined in the lease agreement.

17. Important Footnotes
Revenue Split Calculations
All revenue split percentages referenced on this website are calculated on gross revenue before deductions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Actual net income will be substantially lower after accounting for fuel, tolls, permits, maintenance contributions (if any), and other operating expenses paid by or deducted from the contractor's settlement.
Settlement Timing
While High Roller processes settlements promptly upon receipt of carrier payments, the actual timing of deposits depends on carrier payment schedules, banking processing times, and potential delays in documentation or dispute resolution. Typical settlement timing examples provided are estimates only and not guarantees.
Fuel Costs
Fuel cost estimates, if provided, are based on historical averages and current market conditions at the time of publication. Actual fuel costs vary significantly based on geographic region, fuel type, market fluctuations, and individual driving habits. Fuel surcharges from carriers may not fully offset actual fuel expenses.
Time Estimates
Any estimates regarding time to complete onboarding processes, obtain required licenses or permits, complete training, or achieve certain operational milestones are approximations based on typical experiences and may vary significantly based on individual circumstances, regulatory processing times, and third-party dependencies.
Equipment Specifications
Equipment specifications, features, and capabilities described on this website are general descriptions and may vary by specific unit. Actual equipment assigned may differ from images or descriptions shown. Equipment is subject to availability and operational requirements.
Miles and Routes
References to typical miles, routes, or freight lanes are illustrative examples based on historical data and do not represent guarantees of future load assignments. Actual miles and routes depend on carrier needs, freight availability, and contractor preferences.
Maintenance Coverage
Maintenance coverage terms vary by lease agreement. Standard coverage typically includes scheduled preventive maintenance and necessary repairs, but may exclude certain items or conditions. Contractors should review their specific lease agreement for detailed maintenance terms and exclusions.
Insurance Requirements
Insurance requirements vary based on lease terms, carrier requirements, and applicable regulations. Contractors are responsible for maintaining all required insurance coverage at their own expense unless otherwise specified in writing. Failure to maintain required insurance may result in lease termination.
Technology and Systems
References to technology systems, platforms, or tools (such as GPS, ELD, fleet management software) are subject to change based on regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and business needs. System availability and functionality are not guaranteed and may experience interruptions.
