Michael has spent more than 25 years immersed in the transportation industry — from the boardroom to the driver’s seat. A lifelong problem-solver and entrepreneur, he has built, led, and advised companies across logistics, technology, and infrastructure, always with a focus on innovation and integrity.
His career spans every facet of the industry, from ownership and operations to compliance, technology, and strategy. Along the way, he has led large-scale carrier networks, guided companies through transformative growth, and helped modernize how fleets think about efficiency and the driver experience.
Never content to lead from behind a desk, Michael earned his commercial driver’s license and hit the road himself — logging over 100,000 miles across the lower 48 states to see the industry through the eyes of its drivers. That journey shaped his belief that trucking deserves smarter systems, deeper respect, and a more human touch — the foundation on which he built Transport.

Eric grew up in Orange County, California, where he built a successful career managing some of the region’s most dynamic nightclubs. His natural leadership, attention to detail, and ability to bring people together became the foundation of his professional success.
After relocating to Las Vegas, Eric spent more than two decades behind the decks as a DJ while simultaneously building a thriving real estate investment portfolio — proof of his entrepreneurial drive and instinct for opportunity.
That same drive to create something lasting led him to co-found High Roller Expediting. Today, Eric oversees the company’s administrative and financial operations, ensuring that the back office runs as smoothly and precisely as the fleet itself.
